5. Terms of use of Personal Data

 

a) Purposes of the collection and processing of your Personal Data

Users' Personal Data is collected and processed only for the purposes set out in this article, namely: (i) Providing and managing our services; (ii) Managing your product orders; (iii) Communicating with Users and improving the quality of our services, i.e. answering your questions and informing you of our news; (iv) Fighting online fraud; (v) Resolving any possible dispute or solving any problem in the context of the use of our services; (vi) Generating statistical reports and studies on the basis of anonymised data

Any use of Personal Data for purposes other than those set out above in our Privacy Policy will require your express prior consent.

The legal basis for the collection of your Personal Data for the above-mentioned purposes is your consent as provided for in Article 6-1-a of the European Regulation on personal data. We undertake to keep your Personal Data only for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes mentioned above, and in any case within the limits imposed by law. Therefore, depending on the type of Personal Data, the storage period may vary from a few days to several years.

In any case, we undertake to delete your Personal Data from our databases at the end of these different periods.

However, we may retain certain information for a period of time after the closure of your personal or business account in order to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations and, in particular, to prevent unlawful conduct after the deletion of your personal or business account.  In order to contribute to the security of your Personal Information, please ensure that you choose a sufficiently protective password when registering for our Service. Under the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site to which you have agreed, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and its use.

 

8. Protecting the rights of the users of the vascoplan.com website
