classic stains
In case of classic stains on your solid surface product, proceed as follows : Clean the stain with water, paper towel or cloth to remove the excess. Dampen a cloth and apply the specific K-CLEANER cleaning product to the stain. Rub in circular motions, then dry the surface. If the stain persists, repeat the application with K-CREAM and apply an amount that covers half the stain. Dampen a cloth and make circular movements on the whole of the stain without pressing. Once the stain has disappeared, clean the entire surface evenly with the K-CREAM from the cleaning kit for more uniformity. Finally, to complete the cleaning, it is very important to dry the surface well.

difficult stains
Cleaning difficult stains on Solid Surface products is much easier than for other materials. Simply follow the steps below : Apply K-CREAM Microparticle Cleaner to the stain and dampen a white scouring pad. Rub the stains until they disappear in a circular motion. If necessary, repeat the action with light pressure. Finally, remove the excess cream with a cloth, rinse the surface with water and dry it well with a dry cloth. If, after cleaning, you notice differences in finish between the area where the stain was and the rest of the surface, repeat the process around the treated area to homogenise the appearance of the surface until there is no difference.
